How does the Clinic per-patient pricing work?
You pay per actively monitored patient per month. Patients who are paused or discharged are not billed. Volume discounts are available for programs with 100+ patients.
Is my data secure and HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. All plans use end-to-end encryption and SOC 2 Type II-certified infrastructure. Clinic plans include a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement at no extra cost.
What devices does TrendGuard Health support?
Care Circle and Clinic plans sync with popular Bluetooth-enabled blood-pressure monitors, glucometers, pulse oximeters, and smart scales. We add new devices every quarter.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. When upgrading mid-cycle, you receive a prorated credit for the remaining days.
