TrendGuard Health was born from a simple frustration: too many chronic-care patients fall through the cracks because their health data lives in fragmented tools, paper logs, and disconnected portals. We set out to build the unified, intelligent monitoring platform that patients and care teams actually deserve.

Our co-founders spent years inside hospitals and clinics, watching nurses juggle spreadsheets, patients forget to log readings, and doctors discover dangerous trends days too late. They knew the data was there — it just wasn't connected.
